COMMISSION TERMS OF SERVICE
1. COMMISSION SCOPE
• Full body only
• Available for humanoid and non-humanoid characters, monsters, and creatures
• All styles are available for all purposes and usages
• Style choice is based on the visual look you prefer
• Artwork can be delivered with or without a card frame
• A default card frame is available at no extra cost
• Custom card frame designs are subject to discussion and may incur an additional fee---
2. TURNAROUND TIME
Turnaround time will be advised based on my current workload.
I do not offer rush orders at this time.---
3. PAYMENT TERMS
• 50% upfront payment is required before work begins
• Remaining 50% must be paid before final file delivery
• Final full-resolution files will only be sent after full payment is receivedPayment is accepted via:• Wise
• PayPal
• Ko-fi (if commissioned through Ko-fi)---
4. REVISION POLICY
• Up to 2 rounds of revisions are included during the sketch stage only
• Equipment and accessory design changes count as revisions
• Pose and design changes are only permitted during the super rough sketch stage
• Once the sketch is approved, the design is considered locked in
• Major redraws or significant changes after sketch approval are not included and may incur an additional fee---
5. CANCELLATION / REFUND POLICY
• No refund will be issued once work has started
• If a client does not respond WITHIN 1 WEEK, the commission will be considered abandoned and closed; the upfront payment will not be refunded
• I will not ghost clients; if an issue arises on my end, I will communicate it promptly---
6. FILE DELIVERY
Final files are delivered as:• 300 dpi
• A4 size
• JPG or PNGOther formats may be available upon request and may be subject to an additional fee.---
7. PERSONAL USE RIGHTS
For personal commissions, the client may:• Print the artwork for personal use
• Post the artwork online with credit to Realthang Customs
• Use the artwork as a profile picture, digital token (e.g. for TTRPG use), or character sheet imageThe client may not:• Resell the artwork
• Produce or sell merchandise featuring the artwork
• Use the artwork for any commercial purpose unless commercial rights are purchased separately---
8. COMMERCIAL USE
Commercial use is not included by default. If commercial rights are needed, they must be discussed and agreed upon before work begins:• Small indie / limited commercial use = +100% of base price
• Larger or broader commercial use = quoted on a case-by-case basis---
9. COPYRIGHT
All artwork remains © Realthang Customs unless otherwise agreed upon in writing.Purchasing a commission does not transfer copyright ownership.---
10. PRIVATE COMMISSION
I reserve the right to post commissioned artwork in my portfolio and on my social media unless a private commission is requested and paid for at the time of commissioning.Requesting privacy after work has begun is not guaranteed and must be discussed separately.• Private commission = +50% of base price---
11. ADDITIONAL FEES
Additional fees may apply for:• Complex armor or intricate details
• Extra props
• Major redraws beyond included revisions
• Commercial rights
• Private commissions
• File formats beyond the default delivery formats
• Custom card frame designs---
12. CONTENT I WILL NOT DRAW
I will not accept commissions involving:• Nude or explicit sexual content
• Content that is hateful, racist, or discriminatory
• Political content---
13. AI / NFT POLICY
My artwork may not be:• Used for AI training datasets or pipelines
• Incorporated into AI-generated content workflows
• Minted, sold, or used as NFT or blockchain-based contentStrictly no AI and no NFT use.---
14. COMMUNICATION / APPROVAL STAGES
Client approval will be requested at:• Sketch stage
• Final color stageClear communication is expected from both sides throughout the process. If no response is received within a reasonable time at an approval stage, it will be treated as approval to proceed.---

These terms exist to keep the commission process clear and fair for both client and artist. If you have any questions before confirming a commission, please ask first.
