COMMISSION TERMS OF SERVICE
1. COMMISSION SCOPE
• Full body only
• Available for characters, monsters, and creatures
• All styles are available for all purposes / usages
• Style choice is based on the visual look you prefer
• Artwork can be delivered with or without card frame
• Default card frame available
• Custom card frame design is subject to discussion and may incur an additional fee---
2. TURNAROUND TIME
Turnaround time will be advised based on my current workload.
I do not offer rush orders at this time.---
3. PAYMENT TERMS
• 50% upfront payment is required before work begins
• Remaining 50% must be paid before final file delivery
• Final full-resolution files will only be sent after the remaining payment is completedPayment is accepted via:
• PayPal
• Ko-fi (if commissioned through Ko-fi)---
4. REVISION POLICY
• Up to 2 rounds of revisions are included during the sketch stage only
• Equipment design changes count as revisions
• Pose / design changes are allowed during the super rough sketch stage only
• Major redraws or major changes after that stage may incur an additional feeAfter the sketch stage is approved, further major changes are not included.---
5. CANCELLATION / REFUND POLICY
• No refund after work has started
• If the client does not reply for 1 week, the commission will be considered forfeited
• I will not ghost clients; if there is an issue on my side, I will communicate it---
6. FILE DELIVERY
Final files are delivered as:
• 300dpi
• A4 size
• JPG / PNGOther formats may be available upon request and may be subject to an additional fee.---
7. PERSONAL USE RIGHTS
For personal commissions, the client may:
• print the artwork for personal use
• post the artwork online with credit
• use the artwork as profile picture, token, or character sheet imageThe client may not:
• resell the artwork
• turn the artwork into merchandise for sale
• use it for commercial purposes unless commercial rights are purchased separately---
8. COMMERCIAL USE
Commercial use is not included by default.If commercial rights are needed, they must be discussed and purchased separately:
• small indie / limited commercial use = +100% of base price
• larger or broader commercial use = quoted case by case---
9. COPYRIGHT
All artwork remains © Realthang Customs unless otherwise agreed in writing.Purchasing a commission does not transfer copyright ownership.Personal commissions are for personal use only.Commercial rights are not included by default and must be discussed and purchased separately.---
10. PRIVATE COMMISSION
I reserve the right to post commissioned artwork in my portfolio and on my social media.If you want the artwork to remain private and not be posted publicly, this counts as a private commission:
• private commission = +50% of base price---
11. ADDITIONAL FEES
Additional fees may apply for:
• complex armor
• extra props
• major redraws beyond included revisions
• commercial rights
• private commissions
• requested file formats beyond the default delivery formats
• custom card frame design---
12. CONTENT I WILL NOT DRAW
I will not accept commissions involving:
• nude content
• discriminatory content
• political content---
13. AI / NFT POLICY
My artwork may not be:
• used for AI training
• used in AI-generated content pipelines
• minted, sold, or used as NFT / blockchain contentStrictly no AI and no NFT use.---
14. COMMUNICATION / APPROVAL STAGES
Approval will happen at:
• sketch stage
• final color stageClear communication is expected from both sides throughout the process.---
15. CREDIT
If the client reposts the artwork online, credit is required.---
16. FINAL NOTE
These terms are here to keep the commission process clear and fair for both client and artist.If anything needs clarification before confirming a commission, please ask first.
